Our mission:

To improve the health outcomes, quality of life and social determinants of health of Indigenous people in Montreal through a culturally competent, holistic health service delivery model that is accessible to all Indigenous people, within the urban setting of Montreal and surrounding areas where emphasis is placed on quality and continuity of care.

We distribute and collect harm reduction items.
The Health Navigator provides support and advocacy for First Nations, Inuit, Métis and Urban Indigenous community members.
Book an appointment with a Certified Indigenous Addiction Prevention Specialist.
A variety of Specialized Clinics to respond to the health needs in the community.
Preventing STBBIs and supporting community members in their health journey.
Cultural wellness workshops for 60s scoop survivors, families, and others impacted.
Traditional Elders are available to take care of the spiritual aspects of wellness.
The Urgent Care Clinic accepts walk-ins and appointments.
