The project aims to prevent and reduce homelessness among at-risk Inuit communities, with a focus on men. It seeks to stabilize the lives of homeless or at-risk Inuit individuals by providing culturally secure health and wellness programs, offering support to alleviate food insecurity, and facilitating home transitions. Activities include monthly provision of food baskets and hygiene supplies, distribution of bus tickets, offering home transition kits, providing moving support, and collaborating with partner organizations.
