CPNUQAM
Indigenous program
Based in the heart of Montreal, CPNUQAM is a student association whose mission is to bring together members of Indigenous communities and anyone interested in the cultures and realities of First Peoples. CPNUQAM operates by consensus, with both Indigenous and non-Indigenous members, in order to :
- Support Indigenous students at UQAM, particularly in their integration into university and city life;
- Promote and disseminate Indigenous cultures and/or any other related subject;
- Establish bonds of friendship and cooperation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.
All CPNUQAM activities are free and open to all, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, UQAM students and non-students alike.

The INDex was created to support First Nations, Inuit and Métis in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal in finding relevant and up-to-date information on services that were created specifically for them. Our goal is to promote cultural safety and community connectedness.
