Our family health clinic is dedicated to providing culturally respectful and safe front-line care that specifically meets the needs of Indigenous families and individuals living in Montreal and its metropolitan area. Committed to a complementary approach with public services, we work to facilitate access to comprehensive and tailored health care.

To access services, individuals must have proof of Indigenous identity, be a resident of the Montreal metropolitan community and be a member of Native Montreal. The clinic does not offer walk-in services. You must register on the waiting list.

You will have access to health professionals trained in addressing the unique needs of Indigenous people, who will also provide medical follow-up for your health care issues. Our team works holistically on all aspects of your health.

Here are some examples of the services we offer: Medical consultation, blood tests, prevention, treatment and follow-up (diabetes, cholesterol, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, etc.), intervention and mental health services, screening for sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBI), pregnancy monitoring (in collaboration with our partners GMF-U Verdun and the La Maison Bleue network), parenting advice (attachment, breastfeeding, nutrition), physical exams of the mother and the baby, seasonal immunization campaign, and more.

You will also have access to a health navigation service, psychosocial support and support from a knowledge keeper.
