Community Shuttle
Indigenous program
PAQ operates a shuttle bus that offers transportation on the island of Montreal for First Nations, Métis and Inuit community members experiencing homelessness.
The mini-bus vehicle accommodates a maximum of 13 passengers with different routes throughout the urban core. A driver and an outreach worker are always present to ensure on-board safety (using surveillance cameras) while building a bond of trust with riders.
The shuttle follows a regular route to provide access to essential services like hospitals, shelters, and other Indigenous organizations. On-call trips to the airport or other destinations can also be arranged.
For the schedule or to request a ride, please call or email us.
The INDex was created to support First Nations, Inuit and Métis in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal in finding relevant and up-to-date information on services that were created specifically for them. Our goal is to promote cultural safety and community connectedness.
If you are an Indigenous person living, moving to or visiting Tiohtià:ke, the INDex can support you in your steps!
