Elders Support Network
Programme Autochtone
This network supports Elders in their physical, well-being, and social health. We provide cooked country food, light help around the home, support for medical appointments, system navigation and visiting. Whatever we can do, we will! Would you like to learn more or talk with someone about becoming part of the network? Please call or send us a message.
The program is aimed for Inuit aged 55 and over.
