Indigenous-serving program
The Indigenous women program entitled “on the road to wellness” aims to support and guide Indigenous women living in urban areas with services adapted to their values and momentum. We aim to to help women help themselves.
The objectives are to:
- Support women in their efforts towards better well-being
- Break down Indigenous women’s isolation
- Encourage autonomy and empowerment
- Ease their integration into the urban environment
- Make resources accessible
- Promote exchanges and solidarity between Indigenous and non-Indigenous women

The INDex was created to support First Nations, Inuit and Métis in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal in finding relevant and up-to-date information on services that were created specifically for them. Our goal is to promote cultural safety and community connectedness.
