Inuit wellness and balanced lifestyles
Indigenous program
The project includes three main areas: Inuit community gatherings, wellness groups, and workshops. Activities encompass cultural celebrations, wellness workshops, and youth empowerment initiatives, all designed to foster community well-being, support vulnerable populations, and build the capacity of Inuit youth as future leaders. The objectives include promoting Inuit culture, addressing food insecurity, creating support networks, and empowering Inuit youth to be voices for positive change in their community.
People that are interested need to register to the workshops of their choice.
Some activities are available for Inuit and their family. A beneficiary number may be required for some activities and benefits.
