Montreal Service Center – Employment Section

Indigenous program

A First Nation Status Card may be required to access this program.

An Inuit beneficiary card (N Number) may be required to access this program.

The employment and training service center offers support in finding employment, returning to school and starting a business for registered Indigenous individuals who have been in Montreal for more than 30 days.

Participants have access to an ongoing follow-up and financial support. All services are culturally adapted. Participants who leave their community can also benefit from transition support and transportation.

Our skills development workshops focus on employment skills, such as self-esteem and CV writing.

We can also help you in your steps with Welfare and Employment Insurance.

We serve Indigenous individuals aged 16 and over residing in the following five (5) administrative regions: Montreal, Laval, Laurentides, Lanaudières, Estrie and Montégégie.
