Montreal Service Center – Identification Documents (ID) Section

Indigenous program

The service center offers support in obtaining identity documents (ID), including birth certificates, health insurance cards, passports, First Nations status cards and Inuit beneficiary cards (N number).

We can also help you apply for welfare and employment insurance.

We serve Indigenous individuals aged 16 and over living in the following five (5) administrative regions: Montreal, Laval, Laurentides, Lanaudières, Estrie and Montégégie.
