The navigator creates a bridge between participants and health and social services, to establish more stable access for Milton-Parc’s Indigenous communities. We offer accompaniment and follow-up with targeted partners for legal, medical, psychosocial and personal appointments and steps.

The INDex was created to support First Nations, Inuit and Métis in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal in finding relevant and up-to-date information on services that were created specifically for them. Our goal is to promote cultural safety and community connectedness.
