The goal of the Status Card Clinic is to ensure that all people who are eligible for Status Cards have access to a support worker to help them in their application process. These clinics are available for registration as well as Status Card renewals. 

Please bring 1 piece of valid government photo ID. If you’re registering for the first time, you’ll need an original birth certificate. To receive your first Status Card immediately, bring 2 passport photos.
