The CAVAC of Montreal provides services to Indigenous victims, their loved ones, and witnesses of criminal acts. Our service is dedicated to supporting First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people, whether they live in urban areas or are passing through Montreal. We offer psychosocial and post-traumatic support, assistance with legal proceedings (e.g., complaints, testimony, court accompaniment), technical assistance (IVAC, lease termination in the context of violence, etc.), as well as information on your rights and recourses, always respecting the cultural realities specific to each person.
