PAQ, an Indigenous organization supporting First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people facing housing insecurity in Montréal, is looking for on-call support workers for day, evening, and night shifts.

You will provide tailored support to participants’ needs, promote group life, ensure the shelter’s safety, and respond to emergencies. You will also assist with administrative tasks and maintenance.

You have at least 6 months of experience in social intervention, understand Indigenous realities, speak both French and English, and demonstrate empathy and initiative.
