National Indigenous People’s Day
In honour of National Indigenous Peoples Day, Native Montreal, the Southern Quebec Inuit Association (SQIA), the Tasiutigiit Association, and the Saturviit Inuit Women’s Association of Nunavik invite you to celebrate with us on June 21 at Arthur-Therrien Park in Verdun.
From 1 PM to 8 PM, enjoy a day full of activities for all ages!
No registration required — everyone is welcome to join in and celebrate the richness of Indigenous cultures.
Various activities will be organized by the Native Montreal team.
This project was made possible thanks to the support of the Government of Canada.
Come celebrate with us and enjoy a day filled with fun, culture, and community!

Here are a few helpful tips to make the most of the day:
💧 Water games, a wading pool, and an outdoor pool will be available nearby. Don’t forget your bathing suits and a change of clothes! Note: the pools open around 4 PM.
💦 Bring your refillable water bottle! Hydration stations will be available to keep you refreshed.
🚫 Please note: this is a dry event. Drugs and alcohol are prohibited.
🌞 Shade is limited, so bring your hats and sunscreen to stay safe in the sun.
🪑 To fully enjoy the concerts, bring camping chairs or a blanket to sit on comfortably.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you and share the beauty of Indigenous cultures!
