The McGill School of Continuing Studies is seeking an Associate Director to support the Indigenous Relations Initiative. Reporting to the Faculty Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining meaningful partnerships with Indigenous organizations and governments, and will contribute to the implementation of the initiative’s strategic plan.

The role includes responsibilities in partnership development, coordination of tailored training programs, financial management, external representation, and team supervision. A strong understanding of Indigenous issues, project management experience, and bilingual communication skills are essential.

A deep commitment to Indigenous perspectives and aspirations is required.

Preference will be given to Indigenous candidates (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis).
