
Shuttle Support Worker
Permanent, full-time position | Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 12:30 AM | $25.38/hour
PAQ, an Indigenous organization in Montreal, supports First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people in precarious situations by providing shelter, housing, and services that promote well-being and healing.
Under the supervision of the program manager, the worker ensures the safety and comfort of shuttle users, supports the driver, directs users to available resources, and keeps the vehicle clean.
Required profile:
- Understanding of and commitment to Indigenous reconciliation
- Experience in intervention, social work, or counseling
- Empathy, integrity, and team spirit
- Bilingualism (English required, functional French; Indigenous language an asset)
- First aid training an asset
