The Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB), with its head office in Toronto, invests in new infrastructure projects by collaborating with public, private, and Indigenous partners to transform how infrastructure is planned, financed, and delivered in Canada.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to members of the senior leadership team and will play a key role in coordinating activities and priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments for supported executives.
  • Organize and prepare internal and external meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Support the management and follow-up of emails, priorities, and commitments.
  • Coordinate business travel, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Support budget planning and the tracking of invoices and expenses.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and special activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on team deliverables, projects, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support administrative and logistical operations.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.

The role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has solid experience supporting executives, is proficient in Microsoft Office tools, demonstrates a high level of discretion, and is able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingualism (French and English), as well as significant experience supporting senior executives, is required.
