Your Compensation
This position offers opportunities for advancement with a salary adjusted accordingly. The starting salary is $18.73 per hour and will increase based on the job level.
Your role
- Welcome clients and listen to their needs
- Advise and offer appropriate solutions to meet clients’ transactional, investment, personal financing, and banking product insurance needs and handle other requests
- Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs
- Establish lasting business relationships with your clients and colleagues
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
- Refer clients to your expert colleagues when needed
- Adhere to compliance and risk management rules

Your team

Your work schedule at the branch could vary in accordance with the availability of your team members. You may also be required to work one evening per week.
You will report to the Branch Manager and work with a team of experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing and more.

Prerequisites
- Combination of relevant professional experience and education for this position
- Be a licenced mutual fund representative (MFR), if you aim to develop in a Banking Advisor role
- Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
- Positive attitude and empathy for clients
- Discipline, commitment to teamwork, and eagerness to learn
- Interest in technology and aptitude for sharing knowledge
- Ability to adapt to different situations
