Compensation: approximately $80-$250 (USD)/ day depending on experience, local market standards, & bi-annual organizational-wide quality of life assessment

The Decoloniality Network [TDN] is a non-profit organization committed to developing and nurturing a network, knowledge platform, and capacity-sharing space to foster shared learning, support, inspiration, and movement building for practitioners of decoloniality in development, non-profit, civil society, and philanthropy.
Purpose of the Role:
The Decolonial Data Consultant will play a key role in developing, implementing, and training relevant parties in decolonial frameworks and data assessment to critically examine and redesign the data collection, analysis, and reporting processes within organizations and institutions. The consultant will provide guidance on how to decolonize data systems, ensuring that data is collected, interpreted, and used in ways that are culturally appropriate, equitable, and respectful of Indigenous knowledge systems and non-Western epistemologies.
