Job Title: Indigenous People Community Building & Educational Development Program Consultant

Job Type: Part-Time Consultancy

Location: Remote, based in Indigenous communities in the Global South or Global North

Compensation: Up to $250 (USD)/ day depending on experience, local market standards, & bi-annual organizational-wide quality of life assessment

The Decoloniality Network [TDN]  is a non-profit organization committed to developing and nurturing a network, knowledge platform, and capacity-sharing space to foster shared learning, support, inspiration, and movement building for practitioners of decoloniality in development, non-profit, civil society, and philanthropy.

 

Purpose of the Role:

The Indigenous People Community Building & Educational Development Program Consultant will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of The Decoloniality Network (TDN) and Beyond DEI, with a specific focus on Indigenous communities. This role is centered on building, connecting, and amplifying strong, meaningful communities and fostering decoloniality through educational program development, resource co-production, and relationship management. The Program Consultant will work across sectors including development, non-profit, civil society, and philanthropy, to advance decoloniality practices within these spaces.
