Indigenous Representation and Events Officer

Reporting to the Director of Indigenous Initiatives, the Indigenous Representation and Events Officer will support the implementation of the core priorities of the Indigenous Initiatives team, focussing on the achievement of McGill’s 52 Calls to Action that address commitments to advancing Indigenous physical representation, the recognition of Indigenous excellence, and building greater awareness about Indigenous cultures and knowledges across McGill’s campus community. Organize the logistics for key university-wide events. Develop key media and communication tools, including writing and editing material that foster a greater awareness of local and regional Indigenous initiatives.
