We look forward to seeing many of you there!

You need a strong spine and flexible vertebrae to carry your child, your home, or your grandparents when you’re a nomad. I was born standing up.

— Joséphine Bacon

Joséphine Bacon’s soul is fully present in Les vertèbres de Joséphine. Suffering, grief, and regret—both her own and those of her people—as well as her signature humor, her smile, and her famous chuckle, permeate every page.

— Anne-Frédérique Hébert-Dolbec, Le Devoir
