Streetworker with the Indigenous homeless community
Plein Milieu is a committed and specialized organization supporting the Indigenous homeless community of Plateau Mont-Royal by providing culturally adapted street outreach services. We work to improve the quality of life for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples by promoting autonomy, harm reduction, and respectful accompaniment tailored to their realities.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced street worker to join our team. If you have a solid understanding of the impacts of colonialism, skills in active listening and non-violent communication, and wish to contribute to an inclusive and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!
Please send your CV and cover letter to the coordination team by email at the following address: andreanne.coordo@pleinmilieu.qc.ca
Application deadline: June 15, 2025
Indigenous applicants will be given priority. Please feel free to indicate if you identify as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis.
