iA Financial Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a key role in the organization’s recruitment activities, from the initial hiring request through to the candidate’s acceptance of the job offer.

As part of the NISHINA Program, you will also have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to attracting and advancing Indigenous talent by bringing your perspective, experience, and ideas to help shape and improve our recruitment practices.

You don’t need a traditional Human Resources background to succeed in this role. What matters most is that you have a natural ability to build relationships, listen carefully and understand people’s needs, stay organized and reliable in your follow-through, and have a genuine desire to learn and grow.

You will receive training and ongoing support through the NISHINA Program.
