2020-2021 Reports
With the COVID-19 pandemic hitting Tiohtià:ke/Montreal with full force, the NETWORK and its partners must quickly reorient themselves to meet the most pressing needs. The inequalities experienced by urban Indigenous communities are exacerbated, particularly among people living in very precarious conditions or experiencing homelessness.
The NETWORK, in collaboration with several Indigenous organizations, is therefore adapting its services to answer the emergency, notably by setting up a food aid program, by distributing protective equipment, by offering a cleaning service, by training front-line workers, etc.
The impacts of the pandemic on the community are also at the center of our advocacy activities. We are working with our partners to improve access to mobile testing, mobile vaccination, warming tents, isolation zones, and much more. for urban Indigenous communities.
Financial Transparency
In the spirit of rigor and transparency, the NETWORK shares its audit reports with the community. This is a way for us to be accountable to our members and to maintain a relationship of trust with our many partners.
