Bylaws
With the incorporation of the NETWORK in 2019 comes our first by-laws, our first Board of Directors and our first General Assembly!
The By-Laws are guidelines that govern how we operate as an organization, respect the limits that the law imposes on community organizations and honour the founding objectives as stated in our Letters Patent. They will be useful if you wish, for example, to know how our Annual General Meetings are held, to learn more about the composition of our Board of Directors, to find out what it takes to become a member of the NETWORK, etc.
Our Bylaws are available to everyone on a permanent basis.
