Our team
The NETWORK team is made up of 5 different departments: administration and management, communications, research, events and community projects. We favour a work structure that emphasizes skills development and on-the-job training. We are constantly seeking to renew our practices so that they are as closely aligned as possible with the team’s decolonial values. Respect, collaboration, listening, conflict resolution, mutual aid and knowledge transfer are fundamental values of the NETWORK team.
