Full-Time Mediator Wanted!
Résilience Montréal is looking for a Mediator to staff a new non-emergency hotline serving the area surrounding our new 780 Atwater location, opening June 2026. This full-time role (40 hrs/week, 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday) involves responding to calls from housed neighbours and business owners, arriving on-site to mediate situations involving unhoused individuals, and building relationships with the local community. The ideal candidate is bilingual, holds a degree in human sciences or equivalent experience, and has a background in social services.
