2026 AGM: Notice of meeting

AVIS NOTICE OF MEETING

You are invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Montreal Indigenous Community NETWORK (the NETWORK), to be held on Zoom on June 23rd, from 5 pm to 7 pm! To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we invite members to log in at 4:45 pm to register their attendance.

TO PARTICIPATE

Whether you wish to participate as an individual or as a representative of an organization, you must first complete the membership form. Once you have completed the form, our team will reach out to you to provide you with your membership status and the Zoom link to the meeting.

VOTING RIGHT

While all are welcome, voting rights are reserved for full members, namely Indigenous people who reside, work or study in the Greater Montreal area, as well as Indigenous groups or organizations operating in the Greater Montreal area.

ELECTIONS

An election to determine the constitution of the NETWORK’s Board of Directors will be held during the AGM.
